The annual Bill Bone 5K Run/Walk returns to the West Palm Beach waterfront this Fourth of July, combining a patriotic celebration with a powerful cause.
Organized by West Palm Beach-based attorney and long-time Palm Beach resident Bill Bone, the event starts at 7 p.m. at South Flagler Drive and Fern Street.
Runners and walkers will enjoy a scenic route along the water, culminating in a festive community picnic and front-row view of the Fourth of Flagler fireworks show.
More than just a fun run, the Bill Bone 5K supports the Wounded Veterans Relief Fund, a North Palm Beach nonprofit providing financial aid and essential dental care to wounded and disabled U.S. veterans.
All proceeds from registration and donations go directly to the organization. To deepen the impact, Bill Bone will personally match donations up to $5,000 made through the event portal, doubling the support for those who’ve sacrificed for our country.
Participants will receive a race shirt, custom finisher medal, raffle entry, and classic July 4th treats like hot dogs and watermelon. For just $5, friends and family can join the picnic with a refreshment wristband.
Awards will be given to the top three finishers in male and female age groups, and a Virtual 5K option is also available.
Whether you’re running, walking, or simply donating, the Bill Bone 5K offers a meaningful way to celebrate Independence Day. Register now at https://billbone.com/bill-bone-5k.
